Ofuro House
We used Johnny to design and rebuild the back of our semi in Bondi in 2020. We can't recommend him highly enough. He came up with a fantastic design that has given us a much better connection with the garden as well beautiful internal spaces. Johnny was a pleasure to work with during both the design and build phases. Our build was finished on time with no unexpected invoices or costs. Nothing appeared to be too much trouble for Johnny and his attention to detail is second to none. We are delighted with our home and hope we will be lucky enough to work with him again.
Bondi House
We engaged Johnny as an Architect and Builder for a renovation on our Bondi property (a late 1800’s semi). Not only did Johnny come up with an incredible design to meet our budget and site challenges, he worked tirelessly with us to include our specific requirements and greatest “wish list” items. Nothing was ever too much trouble for Johnny to research and consider as part of the inclusions.
The end result far exceeded our expectations - the quality of the build was exceptional and Johnny’s attention to detail is second to none. Johnny takes incredible pride in his work. He was so responsive to any of our queries, a pleasure to deal with and he went above and beyond to deliver the final product within budget and on a tight time-frame. The whole process from start to finish totally blew us away. Hunters Hill House
We needed to extend our existing home to make more space for our growing family and also wanted to put in a swimming pool at the same time. Johnny came and listened to what we needed and put together plans that we really liked, he was able to walk us through the stages, helped us engage the consultants that we required to assist us and also helped us in dealing with council. On site, Johnny’s expertise and hands-on experience made a huge difference to what was for us, quite a massive undertaking. We love the new addition to our home and the pool has been fantastic. It is easy to live in, looks amazing, and works beautifully with the retained part of our home. Johnny was professional, on time, came up with excellent solutions for our needs and kept our budget in mind throughout the design and construction. We have absolutely no hesitation in recommending his services.
Avalon Beach Residence
