—  Located a hop, skip and a jump from Avalon Beach, this east facing two bedroom unit was looking tired and dated. The dedicated and ambitious owners in conjunction with Thodey Design, decided to allow a richly textural and vibrant material palette permeate into the new living areas, kitchen, study, media room, and laundry, with the use of engineered oak floors, v-groove joinery panels, matte black tapware, and brass bench tops.
