Bondi House

—  Alterations and additions to a 1880’s Victorian terrace in Bondi with limited solar access and privacy obstacles. Natural light has been introduced into living spaces via skylights and large expanses of glazing with outlooks to a Moreton Bay Fig canopy, sky, and the sea. Sandstone from the site as well as other raw natural materials like Blackbutt hardwood, Western Red Cedar, and Tasmanian Oak impart warmth into the public and private spaces.
